LeoTableTalks is a professional training platform designed to support discussion-based leadership and scenario training for law enforcement agencies and professional organizations.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeoTableTalks ("LeoTableTalks," "we," "us," "our," or the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Purpose of the Service

LeoTableTalks provides structured scenario-based discussion content designed to support professional development, leadership dialogue, and roll-call training conversations.

3) Not Legal Advice / Not Policy

Content on the Service is provided for discussion and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, operational directives, or official departmental policy. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their conduct and decisions comply with agency policy, supervisory direction, and applicable law.

4) Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Access to some or all modules may require administrator approval. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or post sensitive operational tactics that could reasonably increase risk to officers or the public.
  • Post personally identifying information of any person, such as an address or phone number, or any non-public details about ongoing investigations.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, approval gating, or technical restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy content in bulk.

6) Responsible Use

The Service is designed for professional training discussions. Users are responsible for ensuring that confidential investigative information, operational plans, or other restricted agency data are not submitted to the platform.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

All scenarios, text, branding, design, and materials available through the Service are owned by LeoTableTalks or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without prior written permission.

8) User Submissions (If Enabled)

If you submit content, such as comments or responses, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these Terms. You grant LeoTableTalks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

9) Enforcement & Termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, for safety or security reasons, or to protect the Service and its users.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeoTableTalks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
